𩷠Hey there! Iâm Molly SchleckerâDelaware & Maryland licensed esthetician and founder of Solbirde Collective, where skincare is more than skin-deep. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing, care, and beauty should be accessible, intentional, and soul-nourishing. Every service I offer is crafted to honor the skin youâre in, while creating space for rest, renewal, and radical self-love. I specialize in thoughtful facial therapies that blend results-driven skincare with deep relaxation, guided touch, and a safe, affirming atmosphere. Whether you come to me with skin concerns or simply need a moment to breathe, my goal is always to help you feel held, seen, and restored. ⨠In Partnership with Unstoppable Joy Co. As of June 2025, Iâm honored to also serve as a provider through Unstoppable Joy Co., a nonprofit in Salisbury, MD that uplifts cancer warriors, survivors, and their dedicated caregivers. Through this partnership, Iâm able to offer free facial servicesâsponsored by the organizationâfor eligible individuals. While I am not (YET!!) oncology-certified and therefore cannot treat clients currently undergoing active cancer treatment, I warmly welcome caregivers and those in recovery to receive support through this offering. This work is deeply personal to me. It reflects the heart of why I became an esthetician: to create intentional space for people who are carrying so much that caring for themselves often falls to the bottom of the list. If I can offer even one small moment of pause, peace, or comfortâthen Iâm doing what I set out to do. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: By booking an appointment with Solbirde Collective, you agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hoursâ notice will result in a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost, and your non-refundable Service Retainer Fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment time to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee. (Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as late cancellations). No-Call, No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior communication will result in a No-Show Fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost, and the non-refundable Service Retainer Fee will be forfeited. The full service fee will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late to your appointment, your service time may be shortened to respect the next clientâs scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a No-Show. No services will be performed, and the full service fee will apply. Your non-refundable Service Retainer Fee will also be forfeited. Respect for Time Policy: Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. I value your time, and I respectfully ask that you value mine in return. Consistent tardiness, frequent cancellations, or repeated rescheduling impacts not only my business but also the availability for other clients. Frequent Tardiness Policy: Clients who arrive late to two (2) or more appointments within a six-month period may be subject to the following actions, at my discretion: Required non-refundable Service Retainer prepayment for all future appointments. Removal from online booking privileges (future bookings must be arranged directly and may require approval). Dismissal from the client roster. Frequent Cancellations/Reschedules Policy: Clients who cancel, reschedule, or no-show two (2) or more times within a six-month period â especially with less than 24 hours' notice â may be subject to: Required non-refundable Service Retainer prepayment for all future appointments. Temporary or permanent suspension of booking privileges. Dismissal as a client. Dismissal from Client Roster Policy: Solbirde Collective reserves the right to refuse future service to clients who: Frequently arrive late. Frequently cancel or reschedule with short notice. No-show appointments. Otherwise demonstrate a pattern of disrespect for time and scheduling policies. Dismissals are handled professionally and respectfully. Maintaining a peaceful, supportive environment for all clients â while honoring time, energy, and resources â remains a top priority. Note: All Service Retainer, Cancellation, and No-Show Fees still apply regardless of client dismissal. Future re-bookings for dismissed clients are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for Service Retainer Fees Policy: Service Retainer Fees are non-refundable if a cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the appointment. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, your fee may be refunded upon request. Refunds for Services Performed Policy: Refunds are not offered for services that have already been performed. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will do my best to address your concerns, which may include offering an adjustment session at my discretion. Final Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with Solbirde Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all booking, cancellation, no-show, refund, and client conduct policies listed above.
